Missed 3 frickin' FTs!??? Kept them in the game with our misses. Nah, that is great shooting and obviously won the game.

What too many people miss is it's not just the points left on the table when you miss FTs, it's also that often you are fouled denying you a good look at the basket. Therefore, if you miss a FT, that's -1, but also very likely you missed close to a 50-50 chance at 2+ points as well. Meaning, if the other guys foul you because you got by them and are going in for a good shot they are willing to foul and put you on the line. Missing FTs means they win that battle twice! This was really true tonight in Denton.

I enjoyed watching the game, but I sure wish Tech/CUSA.TV could figure out how to broadcast a game with decent audio and video. The video was okay, but the audio was horrible at the beginning before there was just silence for the remainder of the game.

Tech's magic number is 1 (Tech win, UTSA loss, or a game canceled for either team) to clinch a tournament spot at 6-6 since UTSA is 0-12 and Tech swept UTSA.
