ALL SC Justices should be conservative! Insomuch as they simply apply the law, not try to make it.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg was adamant that Roe v. Wade courtesy of the SC ruling was WRONG!!! Not that she did not support murdering (abortion) rights, she did, just that such law should have come from state legislatures and maybe Congress. In that regard she was 100% right. That is the point, it is certainly MY POINT!
If the SC does not like a law and hears a case involving such their only recourse is to send it back whence it came with a recommendation that the appropriate legislative body revisit the matter. Period. That is NOT what happened with abortion law and that was RPG's point. And, she was right.
