This is absolutely a move in the right direction. However, the battle isn’t over. Rioting will happen. Abortions will still happen in some states. The work of pro-life pregnancy centers will be much more difficult now. Please pray for places like Life Choices to effectively work and change with this situation.

Yea. Smart move by Thomas to give us a day to get more ammo

Louisiana's trigger laws are fired off now, correct?

I would imagine, Arizona, Alabama, S. Carolina, Montana, and maybe Florida will move this way next.

First, before I make my point, I am PRO LIFE. However, instead of celebrating the end of this heinous 1973 ruling, I'm concerned.

As Louisiana and other conservative states make this barbaric practice completely illegal, will the Deep Blue states now vote to allow unrestricted abortion on demand? And what does that actually look like...abortion is allowed through partial birth? As long as the umbilical cord isn't severed, will they permit a baby to be "born-ish" then killed?

Possibly, but keep in mind they want/were going to do that anyway. This doesn't change anything.

Agree with what BlueDawg said.. Just like with all things the progressives and democrats do, it was only initially supposed to be first trimester.. Had they stopped with this RvW would have never been overturned. They went from "Safe, Legal and Rare" to "On Demand, Without Apology" and still just kept pushing.

Eleven Southern states understood this in 1860...

But, it won't happen, so the only solution is to win hearts and minds. Yeah, I know, seems almost impossible but it's the only option. And, of course, have to keep hammering away politically. Years ago few thought Roe would ever be overturned, yet, here we are. We need good Americans, true conservatives, to get involved in politics, from local school boards to national politics.

    Re: Supreme Court

Where have our resident libtards gone? Where's Goosey, Breaux, and whoever else leans left? I miss my daily chuckles at their stupid posts.

Truthfully, while he probably wouldn't admit it, even Goosey knows Roe was bad law and the SC should have never ruled that way 50 years ago. Ruth Bader Ginsburg said so too. So now, your right to murder babies returns to the states and to the voters...real democracy, which the lefties express so much concern for . I foresee some states becoming "the murder capitals of the nation" and an industry developing around "abortion clinics" many of which will pop up in border towns next to states not allowing baby-killings. Next to these murder centers hotels, restaurants, gas stations, fast-food places, etc...will also pop up to serve all the folks traveling to kill their babies. Just think of the tax revenue these blue states will reap. They should be thankful.

I have "progressed" in my thinking re: abortion. Yes, I have grown in my views. While I still think it is morally wrong, I am willing to set aside my personal morals in favor of what is best for this nation. Actually, I am consistent in that viewpoint. I think killing people is morally wrong, but I support placing motion-detector machineguns along the southern border to protect this nation against the wanton invasion occurring. Yes, I am willing "to take one for the team" for the sake of my beloved country. So, back to abortion, I now support lefty creeps killing their babies. Libtards should not be allowed to breed. We don't need more of them. In fact, I am willing to take it one step further. Abortion for lefties should not only be allowed, it should be mandatory!

One of the most outrageous conspiracy theories I have ever heard. Imagine the outcry if a conservative made these accusations against a left-wingnut cause.

Better yet, how about setting up sterilization clinics for all the snowflakes that don't want to be mothers. Snip, snip......problem solved!
