I don't have a problem with him praying or with students joining him. I did read some of the description of the case from the SC site, though, and it referenced that he'd started doing talks along with the prayer time. Something of a devotional/motivational speech type thing. That seems more problematic to me. I haven't read the final decision, though, to see if it made any reference to that.

Well looks like the EPA was going to shut down a lot of drilling in Permian Basin due to greenhouse gas emissions or some such nonsense, but thankfully the court stepped in and said "not so fast".
