Even an invitation to join would not by itself be considered coercion. And that lack of any proof of coercion was one of the key points in the opinion.

I don't have a problem with him praying or with students joining him. I did read some of the description of the case from the SC site, though, and it referenced that he'd started doing talks along with the prayer time. Something of a devotional/motivational speech type thing. That seems more problematic to me. I haven't read the final decision, though, to see if it made any reference to that.

    Precisely.

Before the game starts, you are requested to stand and remove your hat and face the flag during the singing of the national anthem. Some morons refuse to do so (one of which was that Griner POS who now sits in a Chinese prison wishing the good old red white and blue would come save her...lol), and they are celebrated as brave and right thinking.

Coercion would seem to require some sort of punishment for not doing so. You know, like "take this vaccine or get discharged, lose your job, lose the right to travel, etc.

Abortion clinics closing left and right. Only 3% of your services are abortion, but your closing? Your business model sucks! Or you are closing in order to deny those other services and make people mad.

Or maybe they've been lying all along about what portion of their business was abortion, giving cover to politicians on how much government cheese to allocate to their businesses.

    That's what I think.

Well looks like the EPA was going to shut down a lot of drilling in Permian Basin due to greenhouse gas emissions or some such nonsense, but thankfully the court stepped in and said "not so fast". Had the EPA been successful, you would have seen 8-10 dollar gas nationwide instead of 5-6 we currently have in major cities.

That was AFTER they CHOSE to join in with no provocation to join in. They asked questions. He answered.

    This is disinformation.

Biden said it was Russia, Russia, Russia.

I’m sure that is absolutely the real reason. They claimed that 3% number even when they were caught by project veritas.

Boo hiss to the SC for ending Trump's policy of "Remain in Mexico." Why did the SC even render an opinion on this? There is nothing in the Constitution that says a POTUS can't issue an EO to protect our nation's borders.

    Impeach those Justices!!!
