Bulverde is just north of San Antonio on US 281. From the back of my house looking south I can see houses in San Antonio about 2 or 3 miles south. Moved up here because of the property taxes. Taxes drop by 1/3 coming north about two miles from here. That’s a BIG deal in Texas since we don’t have an income tax. They tax your home.
