This is growing more concerning. Putin has become a Stalin-like dictator who doesn't care how many Russian citizens have to die just so he can flex some military muscle. Putin has openly stated the Russian people know they will die by the many thousands (try millions!) to save the "mother land." Putin has lost his mind. Confirmed. Ukraine forces exchanged artillery fire with "rebels," who are really Putin-backed terrorists. Apparently very few casualties but does include a teacher at a school that was shelled.
It was not Russian regulars involved, just their "guerillas."
