The funny thing is the article referred to this as a "real test for the Biden administration." Hell, the Dems are cooperating with the evil Persians/commies, in cahoots with them both!
These two vessels did not go to Venezuela, but rather turned up in the Baltic Sea to participate in a navy parade and joint training sessions with the Russians. The staging ship carried 7 of those Iranian fast attack boats, stored on a lower deck and able to be lifted by a crane and deployed to action. Danish naval units, air and surface, tracked the two Persian ships as they passed Denmark on their way to Russia.

Both Russia and Iran released a statement saying the Persian vessels were there at a specific invitation of Russian fleet operations.

US Naval sources have released a statement that after the two vessels went around the tip of Africa but stayed to the eastern Atlantic they knew the leak of heading to Venezuela was a ruse and intercepted communications, in diplomatic channels, between Russia and Iran confirmed their destination. Russia holds an annual navy parade and often invites other nations...those hostile to the US and our allies...to participate.

Joe “I Smit My Draws” Biden does know where Afghanistan is located anymore and Harris/“Little Giggle Girl” never knew.

Re: Biden's Crises Since He Has Been President

While our demented idiot is getting ready to raise taxes on American corporations and limiting our energy expansion under the dingbat's green new deal, China continues to build coal-powered power plants by the dozens and use slave labor in their production of goods we will have to buy.

All of Biden's crises have been self inflicted and are leading to a disaster if he is not stopped. Someone should take him out behind the shed and beat the crap out of him (once again, that's OK to say because he said it about a sitting president).

People who consider themselves intelligent actually voted for him and support this destruction of America. I guess that's what you get when you turn over education to the morons and the woke.

Wow! The Dems can’t trust Biden!

Staff Plays Music as Joe Biden Exits Fake White House Set Without Taking Questions

White House staff employed a new feature for President Joe Biden on Monday, playing music as he exited his fake White House set.

As reporters shouted questions at the president, his staff played soft elevator music as he exited the special set across the street from the White House in the Executive Office Building. The set was constructed to look like the White House, and digital window panes can be changed to project views of the Rose Garden.

This is the first time the White House staff has employed the strategy of using music. The press typically shouts questions at the president as he leaves the stage, turning his back to the cameras and walking off, which results in an uncomfortable optic.

Biden is taking fewer and fewer questions as he continues avoiding interactions with the press, who keep asking him about higher inflation, worker shortages, supply chain problems, and high gas prices.

The president tried to signal an upbeat tone about the economy as he spoke to Americans before the Thanksgiving holiday.

“I know, for a lot of Americans, things are still very hard — very hard,” he said. “But if we look at the facts — all the facts — you can only come to one conclusion: We have made enormous progress in this country.”

Re: Biden's Crises Since He Has Been President

There is a Biden/Obama/Harris/Soros crises every day in the U. S. A.! The latest.

There is only lower and the wealthy elite class in a true socialist or Marxist state. Allowing inflated prices to continue so the lower and middle class can’t afford the items needed to maintain their needs, and go broke and dependent upon the government, is a prime example. Biden and his staff not even knowing how much the American public uses of gasoline/crude oil per day or year shows they care nothing of the poorer classes below them. And in fact have planned this hydrocarbon and national security disaster! And the fact is Biden’s 50 million barrel release is only 3 days worth of product!!! This Regressives liberals are totally insane imbeciles!

Biden Energy Sec. Granholm admits she does not know U.S. oil consumption rate when pressed by reporter
Biden's plan to release 50M barrels of oil would last less than three days, reporter suggests

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm on Tuesday admitted that she did not know how many barrels of oil the U.S. consumes per day when a reporter suggested that the 50 million barrels the Energy Department plans to release would last less than three days.

Granholm during a White House briefing Tuesday, outlined Biden's strategy to release the barrels of oil currently held in the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve in order to maintain "adequate supply" amid global shortages and skyrocketing gas prices.

BIDEN TO RELEASE 50M BARRELS OF OIL AMID GAS PRICE SPIKE

A reporter who was present for her remarks asked the energy secretary, "How many barrels of oil does the U.S. consume per day?"

"I don't have that number in front of me. Sorry," Granholm replied.

In 2020, the United States consumed an average of about 18.19 million barrels of petroleum per day, or a total of about 6.66 billion barrels of petroleum-- the lowest level of annual consumption since 1995. The drop in consumption in 2020 from 2019 was the largest recorded annual decline in U.S. petroleum demand., and was largely the result of the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.

The reporter told Granholm that according to those numbers, the administration would be releasing "less than three days worth of supply from the Petroleum Reserve."

Granholm nodded, dismissing the grim observation.

This admin is completely incompetent.. I really wonder what they do every day. The DHS Sec when questioned by Congress could not tell us how many illegals have been released into the U.S., how many have come across, how many are currently detained, nothing..

I saw that press conference and was shocked that our "energy" secretary was uninformed about how much energy we even use! Just goes to show they are pursuing a narrative more than a policy, and you don't have to have much of a IQ to do that!

I shouldn't have been shocked because, as Frisco pointed out, the DHS guy didn't know anything about his job either.....and the ex mayor of South Bend could only tell us how the supply chain disruptions were an indication of how great things were.

    Adults....LOL

i think there's plenty of criticism to go around with this admin, but this seems pretty silly. why would you expect her to have that number off the top of her head, and why would you think knowing that number has anything to do with her ability to do that job? i'm much more concerned with the admin's agenda for that job and their ability to pull that off while looking completely incompetent.

    Talk about silly!

That would be THE number I'd expect her to have off the top of her head. Don't you think that may have some impact on whether, or how much, oil to release from the reserves? I mean, if you're trying to solve a problem you need information, right? Data in...calculations happen....data out. This was the ENERGY secretary.

It would be akin to sending 500 troops to fight 50000 enemy combatants on the battlefield because you don't know how many are out there. Well, you'd better know if you expect to have any success with your plan.

Or going to a nutritionist who advises you to eat 150 calories a day because they don't really know what it takes to keep you alive. Or going to a doctor who prescribes an insufficient amount of medicine because they are not sure how much you really need to cure your disease. Or having a loan with set payments that you just "send them a few bucks from time to time" as payment and hope that satisfies them.

If the work was done, you'd expect that number to be forefront in their thinking. The barrels to be released certainly were.

Some of this stuff is pretty basic, and it's called being prepared. When I go to meetings with the executive leadership of my company, I prepare and anticipate a large number and variety of questions that could be asked based upon the subject at hand. Just being prepared.
