Is this good? Why would this be good?
It's really funny how both sides hate Section 230, but for different reasons. If "corporations are people" then they get 1st amendment rights. I think the big tech companies are evil and to be completely distrusted and avoided wherever possible, but I also don't see why they have any responsibility to allow anyone to violate their user agreements or post at all for that matter.
Is there a middle ground between no moderation allowed and super limited ability to say anything unpopular? What is the legal basis for that? Shouldn't the market decide?
Also, a Disney carve-out? Come on.
Some criticism from the right here. I think this is where I am on the matter.
