That's it. Rider is on a 5-game winning streak after sweeping Niagara 2-0 in a MAAC quarterfinal series and winning the MAAC Tournament in 3 games over Monmouth, Canisius, and Fairfield.

But not unexpected. Especially Pittsburgh with its late-season collapse. 3-9 with two of the wins over Boston College (21-28) isn't a good-look finish.

I like our chances. We ended the season in mid-season fashion and played some really good baseball. If we can win game one without using a ton of pitchers, I think odds are favorable. Either way, it's going to be fun, and who honestly saw this coming at the start of the season?
