The 2021 Louisiana Tech roster continues to get better as head coach Skip Holtz announced on Wednesday *the signing of three transfers in tight end Ivan Thomas (Miami, Fla./Hutchinson CC), offensive lineman Chris Fournier (Ottawa, Ontario/Lehigh) and defensive lineman Rasheed Lyles (Winnfield, La./Trinity Valley CC).

Build a team or build a program? i think most on this board would like a coach capable and willing to build a program.
......because they were good enough to have other opportunities. Skippy.....not so much.
Help on the lines is always welcome. The offensive lineman has a ton of experience, so maybe he will be a nice addition.
What about quarterback? Allen went 73-for-121 with four touchdowns and EIGHT interceptions in 2020. I don’t even think he’s even worth developing. Wish we could attract a second string P5 because we currently have zero feasible options in this position. I know we it’s improper to call out individual players, but I’ll just go ahead and say it. Allen is one of the the worst college quarterbacks I’ve ever seen. I can’t see Tech having a winning season with him under center.
That’s good. He may not play a snap under center anyway. Ha! Shotgun or Pistol only.
