132-60.
That's quite a point differential.
@LaTechHoops: Onto the Finals!

Thanks. I'm watching it now. I also noticed that after a Serbian player made a free throw, he stepped forward into the lane to slap (or shake) hands with his teammates. But there was no call on that. The Historian told us way back in Post #9 that Junior was deducted a point for that. He said, "The official took the point away because apparently you can never cross the FT line at any point during the 2 shot process under International rules."
So which is it? Is it a rule or not?
During the Canada/USA game I thought Junior reached out and slapped hands with his teammates after a foul shot without penalty. It looked like he leaned forward without stepping into the lane, so maybe you can break the plane, you just can't step into the lane. But I'm just guessing.
A French free throw shooter just did it again.
And again.
PS: Okay, it's halftime now. And I saw this happen about half a dozen times alone in the 1st half of this France vs Serbia game. Sounds like this "rule" might be a "selective" call that game officials only make when Americans are playing.
I looked up the FIBA rules on Free Throws (Article 43). Article 43.2.3 states in part "The free-throw shooter shall: not touch the free-throw line or enter the restricted area until the ball has entered the basket or has touched the ring." http://www.fiba.basketball/documents...0-f55bd809304c (Select Official Basketball Rules 2020 - v1.0a)
So, either Junior entered the restricted area too soon, most officials consider it to be a BS rule and don't enforce it since it seemed to happen a lot during the France/Serbia game without penalty, the ref who called it is a "stickler" for details or is anti-American, or who knows what.
Canada giving us a game doesn’t surprise me. Canadian talent is at an all time high
The U.S Olympic Men's Basketball team just lost to Nigeria tonight, 90-87. So, Nigeria --who is filled with little known NBA players and several G-League players-- beat Kevin Durant and a bunch of NBA All Stars, including coach Gregg Popovich.

Personally, I love it. LOL! I'm not an NBA fan anyway, and Popovich is a liberal turd. I love seeing David beat Goliath.
