Well he finally caught up to who rules college football. Or maybe someone told him. It's always a problem when those who are supposed to report the story, tries to control the story.

Let's face it...The evil empire, i.e. ESPN will destroy everything about college football and athletics for the all mighty $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and the so called elite programs will buy into it. Mark my words the Power Five do not include Vanderbilt, Kansas, Illinois, Purdue, Indiana, Northwestern, Syracuse, North Carolina State, South Carolina, Boston College, TCU, Iowa/Iowa State, et al! Especially any of the group of five programs! All of those programs will be kicked to the curb to form a "Super Elite" conference of 30 or so programs to fill teams for the national championship play off. All I have to say is..."for those who think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence"...be very, very careful what you ask for! Why? Because I personally feel that behind the scenes there are individuals that are making decisions that will let some in and the rest out of the picture...just sayin! My problem is TECH will be left out because we have very weak leadership at all levels in all of our program!
As little as ULM has going for it, they're always able to hang around and get about as much out of playing G5 football as any of the rest of us do. Does anyone really think that there's any difference in G5 conferences anymore? The MWC is basically just the same bunch of schools we used to play in the old WAC, and even though the AAC may have a few star programs, even it is made up mainly of schools like Tulane and Tulsa, which becomes REAL evident, really quick whenever we hear talk of Houston, Memphis, and Cincinnati leaving for the Big 12. Once the dust settles from all of this, we're all going down the same tube together. I'm not worried about where we end up anymore. It just doesn't matter.
I’ve led the parade quite a few times. Overall, Reneau was devastating as a leader.
I’ll just mention two examples which I’ve already done a hundred times:
Letting TJE walk over $25k.
Firing Paul Miller so he could replace him with Jerry Stovall. The single biggest blunder during Reneau’s term.
Reneau was fantastic for academics, but I think any athletic success happened in spite of him for the most part. If it weren't for Derek Dooley, I don't know how low our athletics programs would have dropped.
