Our AD has been made aware that the 8:00 am rule is a deal breaker for most.

Our AD has been made aware that the 8:00 am rule is a deal breaker for most.

Nothing like standing around on fresh asphalt on a sunny 95 degree September afternoon.

I'm excited to see the latest upgrade to the Master Plan which will likely remain a plan.

I wonder if it entails ripping up the asphalt heat island and laying down something that might be actually pleasant to stand on.
