If you're talking about Willie Baker, he's just mailing it in every week. He's another one of those players who just isn't tough enough. I've seen grandmothers tougher than Willie Baker.

Hard to create tough players these days, especially with limited/no contact practices. La Tech plays soft because that is how we practice.

You can’t expect any player toughness either physically or mentally when the team’s coach is a marshmallow. You’ve seen it and experienced in him coddling players who don’t perform, when he more often than not smiles and laughs with the refs when we’re getting screwed and when he walks the sidelines like he doesn’t care about what’s going on and how we’re getting beat. Ever failure that is Tech football belongs in Holtz’s lap. He has a big lap.
