Wow. Dreams come true … of the architect in his conceptional drawings!
Video boards in opposite corners would be more of an advance.
I guess the results of visits to A-State and Harding to see their indoor facilities are on the back burner.

I think they should have addressed the typewriter carriage look with the metal wings. "Please throw the carriage."
Note that the render also has an indoor practice facility in the background

The nerd in me downloaded the image and zoomed in.
It looks like a possible facade of the east side. You can see right through it and notice the light pole for the softball field.
If you look at the ramp corridor, you can see a statue of Kim Mulkey.
Endzones also say "TECH" instead of "BULLDOGS". They need to change that back when they get new turf again.
I like the tribute. My only beef is hoping two video boards aren’t twice as much nothingness, just saying...
that's a good point. But my concern is with resource allocation. But even if it's not my resources, I still think this can serve to negatively impact my gameday experience.
I LIKE that theres real grass in our stadium. I liked it when it was on the field and I liked former the SEZ hill (sans the goofy Greek letters, of course). The north end zone was the last "natural" space in our stadium and now theyre uglifying it too.
Scrap the end zone plan and spend the money getting Holtz out of Ruston.
It would have been nice to have announced this EARLER this season, when the AAC was considering new members and Tech football still had a reasonable record, and reasonable fan support. Now the football program is in the shitter, no one is attending games and Tech makes the announcement. Great timing.
