HUGE test for the Dawgs! We DO have the tools to win this one and it would be a huge win for the program - in perception, if nothing else. Hope we go in with some swagger and confidence. Can't be intimidated by their name.
Can we consider NC State a rival now? We've played them in baseball, football and now basketball in half a year's time.
Iona beat Bama...we were NEVER in it vs. Bama, completely out-classed. Oh, Iona is coached by Rick Pitino...coaching matters.
Konkol will get woefully out-coached again vs. the likes of NC State. To win, the players will have to play lights out, and that means great shooting. It can happen...

I’m liking the new guards. It’s already looking like K Willis will prove to be an upgrade of LaDoux. At the least he will be more consistent of a scorer. K Stewart will hopefully be solid sub for Cobe and Amorie. I would rather see T Williams on the court more than Christon or Bradford, but maybe they see more time because of their defensive abilities, maybe.

All fouls against Cobe have been questionable. He just picked up 4th with 11 to play and the announcers are saying it was awful.
We can't fight the 3. Jr is a beast, but you can't beat a 2 with a 3. We have promise. That's all I can say...but need better defense.
