Cumbie was at TCU from 2014 to 2020. He wasn't at Texas Tech during the years you ascribed.

Really needed to be. Year one recruiting classes in the early signing period era are notoriously bad now that we have data on it. That's probably going to be the case no matter what, but getting someone in before the date might help salvage some of the class. Let's hope they're good fits in the new systems.

A month ago, a lot of UNT fans were wanting UNT to fire Littrell and hire Sonnie Cumbie as their new head coach. That may have wained a bit since UNT defeated UTSA last Saturday.
