I mean, he’s no Rock Star, but he’ll do in a pinch. Just kidding Lyddy if you read this.

I like how the video for the second link showed how Lyddy handled being pressured. We hope Tech has a much improved OL, but one never knows until the games are underway. If Holstein is willing to put in the work, I still think he could be QB1, especially at the beginning of the season. Either way, I think the potential for having a quality QB1 and QB2 is pretty good. Will there be any more QB signings?

From the videos, I like Lyddy better, but starting a true freshman may not be in the cards. He may be a little undersized, but has a good vision of the field (something that is hard to teach) and does very well under pressure. You never know how skills will transfer from HS to D1, but he look like a Drew Brees in the videos. Of course, they don't showcase the bad passes. With his stats, though, he didn't have many bad throws.

We need to add 2 IF Anthony can go. If he can't we need to add 3. You need that many just to run practice. On top of that, I don't see Holtstein or Lyddy starting in 2022.

The hair just stood straight up on my head. I can't wait to see THIS GUY come play. Sounds like a bad ass, and a LEADER! Tech needs THAT.

(2/2) Landon plays the game the way it is meant to be played: tough and nasty. He looks to make an instant impact on our offensive line on the interior.” – Head Coach Sonny Cumbie
LOL! You had me at tough and nasty, coach. I'm tired of the choir boy matadors up front.

I love the way Lyddy hits his receivers IN STRIDE, so they can maximize their run after catch yardage. It's been a while since we've seen that kind of passing accuracy.

Sonny Cumbie is going to have fun coaching this player.

Oh sure. There's going to be a lot of QB's who want to play for a coach like Sonny Cumbie, who runs a wide open offense. Sit back and enjoy the ride. Things are already looking much better for LA Tech football!
