It has been a long time for any of sports to be ranked this high in preseason besides bowling. I know these preseason rankings dont mean much now but it is still impressive what coach has done to get us these high rankings.

It says a lot about our perception. Thats 9/10ths of in-season ranking anyway.

And right out of the gate with a 7-game homestand vs. Wichita State, LSU, and Tulane (weather permitting, of course) will set the tone for our ranking for the season. 5-2 would be a VERY good start vs. the likes of those teams.
