24/7 Sports has a panel of 12 "Experts" --typically sports writers and such from around the country-- who give their opinion about who has the best chance of signing a particular athlete like this. In this particular case, 6 (50%) of the "Experts" predicted that Gatson would sign with Southern CAL, and the other 6 (50%) predicted he would sign with Texas. But according to today's Twitter feed, he's signing with LA Tech. This will be a 2022 signee by the way, so he should have an immediate impact on Tech's offense.

Based on the relationship with the coaching staff, he may stick around for the duration of the staff here. If that's only 2-3 years, I would take it if he can produce up to the level of his recruiting rating.
