I am hoping that Lady Techster team that beat them in the last game of the regular season shows up! The first game was a 3 point win, I think. In the last one, we absolutely ran them out of the TAC.Originally Posted by dawg80
You gotta remember; Brooke "remade" this team and reshuffled the lineup in late January/early Feb. The Techster team in Frisco today is a MUCH better team than the one that played UAB in early Jan. I think Tech breezes thru this first one.

UAB's BIG girls, and I mean BIG, are really good. Gotta deny the entry pass because once they get it in the paint they are scoring.
Walker has missed several shots she should have made. Settle down and play.
UAB is playing tough, but the tank just fouled out. Walker is really getting some work done down the stretch.

On to the semis!
UAB was perfect from the FT line, 14/14 while we shot 72% 18/25. We needed to hit more of those FTs and also finish at the rim better, missed some layups. Kudos to UAB for playing a good game. We have got to play better tomorrow and on Saturday, and even better when we dance.
