    The Swamp

Very often, too often, the "winner" in a political argument is not clear in the traditional Repub vs. Dem arena. Well, an article published on Daily Caller spells it out: the winner is The Swamp.

Starting this thread to capture what most of us have known for a long time, there are NOT two sides to an issue. There are at least three sides: Right, Left, Swamp

Exactly right. RINOs and moderate Democrats are in favor of one thing--the status quo--so they can maintain their power. That is what "The Swamp" is.

And those groups will use/misuse every agency of government plus resources outside the government that are at their disposal to hang onto that power.

    Re: The Swamp

Tucker Carlson made an interesting, and if true, alarming point...

The Swamp, which includes and really, is controlled by the vast bureaucracy of DC, wants to survive. It's the one thing all swampers agree on, even if they are diametrically opposed in political philosophy. Tucker said that The Swamp hates, and I mean HATES! Trump and fears what he will do with a second term. So, together with their elected allies (Demwits and RINOs) they have schemed to keep him out of the WH for a second go. Which brings us to the bumbling, stumbling Sleepy Joe.

On the surface Biden appears to be the ideal candidate for The Swamp, and he was for them in 2020. But, he has proven to be a total idiot and is likely not to be re-elected. At least the Swampers fear a Biden candidacy in 2024 without the orchestrated voter fraud employed in 2020 will lose out to a Republican. It's not that the Swampers don't like Biden for the goofy puppet he is, they just think he will probably lose in '24. So! they have to get rid of him ahead of the start of primary season, which will launch late this year.

To eliminate both Trump, whom they fear for the good things he will do for America, and Biden, whom they think will lose his re-election bid, they have concocted attacks...in the form of "holding classified documents." Yep! Tucker can be a conspiracy-theorist at times, but he may be on to something here. It has been widely admitted that ALL former presidents possess "classified" documents, from the Bushes I and II, to Klinton, to Obummer, and yet, since none of them will be running for POTUS in 2024, they are left alone with their boxes of classified documents. Heck! even former Secretaries of State possess classified documents! (Killary). Yet...nothing.

How is it, why? have these documents just now been revealed at Biden's places. They (the Swamp) have known about them since Sleepy Joe vacated the VP Office 6 years ago. Up till now Biden has been "one of them," an ally. He still is, but now he represents a liability as an un-electable bozo. So...sorry Joe! Time for you to retire.

Tucker concluded his monologue with a "it's frightening that American voters aren't choosing their (our) leader...The Swamp is."

BTW, I labeled Tucker as a conspiracy dude, and he can be, but I read a blog post where someone has tallied the score as Conspiracies 37 Fake News 0. Not sure which 37 the writer was citing, but it is clear all those "crazy" conspiracies are proving to be true!

    Re: The Swamp

This belongs on this thread as it points to the real truth.

Bill Clinton is being linked to Jeffrey Epstein as more than just a casual acquaintance and "visitor." Of course, we all suspected as much but there was no "smoking gun" evidence. Well, we now know this, thanks to a British media outlet that filed under the FOIA and secured FBI records from 1993-1996 which includes verified formal complaints from young women against Bill Clinton as a NAMED participant in sex with underage girls. The FBI chose to cover it up, dismiss it as not important. Nope! it was a blatant cover-up to protect then president Bill Clinton.

The FBI, the DOJ and all of DC are so corrupt! The Swamp! Some libtards poo-pooh the concept of "the swamp" as mere conspiracy nonsense. Really?

    Re: The Swamp

Speaker McCarthy knocked it out of the park! And Biden and McConnell (mostly Biden), punted and blamed McCarthy and the House Republicans. The Speaker is right when he said he has been screaming from a mountaintop since February 1st about all parties getting together to work out a plan, and, most importantly, the House has already passed a bill that raises the debt limit for this year, avoiding the default, in exchange for a series of budget rollbacks (they are NOT cuts) to the tune of $4.3 trillion, but of which McCarthy says it is all negotiable. McConnell just blamed McCarthy and Biden saying the Senate is not the budget entity, that it falls to the House and president. That is true, but if the Senate had a bill they would support it would make a compromise possible. And yes, a negotiated compromise is what is needed here, this year.

Good ole Swamp! Biden, the democraps, and McConnell....

And then, at the same podium, not 10 minutes later Schumer lied about McCarthy's position. Now, you would think some media type would say, hey, Senator Chuckie Boy, we just heard McCarthy and that is not what he said. Nope! The lamestream media will just show Schumer's remarks and not mention it was all lies.

Now, Biden is threatening to use the 14th Amendment to bypass Congress and pass his own, unilateral budget. Really, he can do that?

    Re: The Swamp

Need more proof of the existence of The Swamp? Okay...

today the FBI was presented with documented evidence and video testimony of two whistleblowers all pointing to the exploits of the Biden crime family, and a subpoena asking the FBI to turn over what they know, what they have investigated, etc...the FBI has refused the Congressional subpoena saying the Congress should mind its business and let the FBI do its thing. Un-frickin'-believable! All the proof anyone with an IQ higher than a slug needs to see to KNOW the FBI is corrupt and in league with the Biden crime family, the democraps, and commie bastards.

Unless true Patriots take this country back, and soon, we are doomed.

    Re: The Swamp

The DOJ ordered the IRS to remove the entire team of agents investigating the Biden crime family. All the GOP in the House has done in reaction is to send a "strongly worded letter of protest" while citing all the laws being broken by both the DOJ and IRS. So far the response from the DOJ amounts to "bite me."

    Re: The Swamp

FBI director Christopher Wray is refusing to adhere to a Congressional subpoena to release documents. The House can hit him with contempt of Congress, but that only leads to a referral to the DOJ which must decide to bring criminal charges...or not. Well, guess how this one ends.

    Welcome to The Swamp!

Of course, there are those who poo-pooh that whole notion saying there is no Swamp, no Deep State . Of course, how foolish of me.
