Long story short: guy buys land-locked acreage and knew it when he bought it and was told to get it straight before he closed...now says he's going to use my friend's property (right through the middle) to get to his. I don't have the time or patience to work on this...all names welcomed.
Of course, I prefer you supply me with a Tech graduate!
