I am gonna hang my hat on Coach Crumble having used last week to separate the players from the hangers-on, and we'll see a totally different team tonight. Been impressed with UTEP's OL and their running game. That's one of the keys for Tech to slow down. If we can....and OMG! win the turnover battle...we have a shot.
UTEP starting S Ty'reke James was ejected for targeting in the 4th quarter at Charlotte, so he should miss the first half tonight.
UTEP starting DT starting DT Kelton Moss from Jonesboro was ejected for a flagrant unsportsmanlike conduct foul in the 3rd quarter at Charlotte. Doesn't seem like the conference issued any supplemental discipline after the mandatory review of that play.
