I hit the tri-fecta this weekend. Razorbacks, Tigers, and Irish get their asses kicked.

As for the game it was hardly an "asses kicked." Caleb Williams looked like Patrick Mahomes and he was the difference. Congrats to SC.

Avoiding a Mich-OSU rematch, unless they both win. And then, OMG! an all Big 10 final!?

College football blogs I follow are already exploding in disgust, especially from SEC (Bama) fans and now everyone is screaming for playoff expansion! LOL! now that the national championship is not the private property of the SEC (Bama), OMG! changes are needed! It's hilarious reading some of the comments, the sense of entitlement reeks!

That should be the correct seeding. It wouldn’t surprise me to see 3 and 4 swapped to create the Michigan vs Ohio St matchup, simply because that is the perfect matchup for eyes on TV sets. Either way, I think that’s your 4 teams no matter how much Bama cries.

They couldn't rank Ohio State ahead of Michigan. It would have been Georgia, TCU, Michigan if Michigan had lost to Purdue.

A Michigan loss to Purdue could have also damaged Ohio State's resume to the point where Alabama could have gotten in at 4 just ahead of Ohio State at 5. I would have put it at least 50-50 that Ohio State would have still been at #4, but that was the only chance that Alabama had.
