Looking like a good year not to be playing in the Indy Bowl. Kickoff time temp might get up to 25.
Baylor is a prime example of how meaningless bowl games are now. As we know, Baylor was in the running for the Big12 championship, losing to TCU on a lucky play. That seemed to suck the wind out of them, but still a good season. How do they get rewarded for a great season? They get to go up the road and play in TCU's stadium in the freezing cold.
Coldest game I've attended was a Tech home WAC game on a week night, seems like an 8:00 start, temp was below freezing at kickoff. A boring loss but I stayed until the end.
For those who thought it'd be a cold day in hell before ULL played here: CORRECT!
Just tuned into the Indy Bowl...a HUGE crowd! Surely one of the Top 5 all-time attendance records for the bowl.
Glad to see ULL lose!
ESPN is all over the Louisiana name thing. Our president should be proud for them. He got his buildings and our fagship in Lafayette got it's name.
Long long drive down I-49 tonight.
