    Apple Service

I have (my son has) a 10X that keeps crashing and is very slow. Is it better to mail it in or go to an Apple Dealer to have repaired? If going to a dealer is the answer, what dealer? Don't want to go to AT&T.

I went to Jackson for my watch and they ended up offering some change for my old watch and I bought a new one. How'd that happen?
