1-0 Ole Miss on a single and triple to start. Myers could have been charged with an error as he misplayed the ball in the corner and it bounced off his foot.
Martinez gets out of it at 1-0 with grounder to first and two strikeouts.
Martinez strikes out the first two in the 2nd, but he loads the bases with a walk, hit, and walk and then hits a batter to make it 2-0 before getting out of the jam.
No baserunners for Tech through 3.
Single, stolen base, single to open the Ole Miss 3rd makes it 3-0.
Martinez keeps it to 1 run again by striking out the side. 7 strikeouts for Martinez through 3. 3-0 Ole Miss but it could easily be 8 or 9 with a couple of timely hits.
Tech batting scoreless since the 4th inning Saturday, now 18 straight 0s.

4-0 Ole Miss on a 1 out, move to second on a pickoff throwing error, and a single. Bleeding to death by paper cuts in this game.
First baserunner for Tech in the 5th as Corona walks with 1 out. Myers walks and Hogart gets an infield single to load the bases with 1 out in the 5th, bringing up .000 hitter Safford.
Safford gets a double to drive in two. Ole Miss 4-2. Second and third 1 out. Pitching change.
McLeod infield grounder to third cuts down Hogart at the plate by 20 feet for the second out.
Drost bomb to right center makes it 5-4 Tech.
Bates walks and Davis singles to center to move Bates to third. Another pitching change.
Matulia strikes out for the second time in the inning and third time in the game to end the rally.

Went on contact. Had no clue where the ball went and the catcher had time to catch the throw from 3B and run out to meet him.
Fincher pitching a bullpen inning in the 5th. Also expect Hector to work an inning tomorrow.
Fincher retires the first two before a walk and a single.

Matulia earns his golden sombrero to end the Tech 7th. His swings today have been just awful for a cleanup hitter.
Tomkins continues on the mound.
Double play gets Tomkins out of the 7th.
Corona HBP, failed bunt attempt by Myers, and Hogart double play grounder for Tech in the 8th.
2 out single was it for Ole Miss in the 8th.
Still 6-5 Tech.
