I agree. Very good game. Both teams played with a lot of energy, and made it interesting. Other than the classless "missed dunk" by FAU's Martin at the very end, the whole game was just a pleasure to watch. I was glad Martin missed it. Serves him right. LOL!Originally Posted by dawg80

I've seen this year's units are worth $360,000. So an extra $216,000 for us this year.

Tennessee is very vulnerable. Not saying FAU matches up well or poorly because I don’t know. Tennessee has stumbled at times.
The CUSA/AAC teams are faring well in the postseason.
FAU is in the Sweet 16
Charlotte won the CBI.
UNT and UAB have both advanced to the NIT Final Four (in Vegas).
Guess CUSA was not so terrible this year after all. Kind of good, actually.
No C-USA team had a losing record in non-conference this year. It doesn't hurt when it's filled with lower division teams.

However, I always believe we should hire coaches that will be hired away because they are successful rather than hiring coaches that have endless contracts because no other school wants them.
