Just saw Twitter message about it. Hadn’t seen anything until today. Was there any publicity about it before now?
It was posted last month and info was sent out.
Okay, I guess I missed it.
So did I!
I'm an asshole! What's your excuse?
I know you keep up with Tech athletics pretty closely. Even though you are very busy with kids still at home, if you missed it I’m sure a few others missed it as well. I thought I saw something on it here, but I think it might have been on the Tech athletics page. It’s in Shreveport tomorrow at Cantina Laredo, doors open at 6.
There have been emails and Twitter/Facebook posts. I don’t know if there was an actual LaTechSports.com article about it.
Admittedly, I have been in a hole lately. Busy with anything and everything outside of our sports. I probably deleted the emails from junk along with the other 230 I get every day.
My feeds were full of the dates and news of the event. What has disappointed me is I kept waiting for the Monroe/West Monroe date announcement.
"We're taking a break from Monroe area this year."
You got bad advice, Dr. Wood.
NEVER take a break from the Monroe/NELA area. I don't care what the Board of Trustees say (if that's the reason) for staying in your lane.
If the Ruston fans complain they've been forgotten, then do both areas.
Shreveport-Lincoln Parish-Monroe should NEVER be put on the back burner for anything dealing with Tech. Our "lane" is 4-wide and runs from the Texas border to the Mississippi border

Well said Dawgpix!!!!!
I finally got an email today…reminding me about the event in Tyler on “Moday” (lack of proof readers I suppose). Great job notifying a WM resident about the Tyler event. Good grief!
I got a couple of emails about the Shreveport one. Did not attend, and judging from the pics in The Times only a few did.
