Theoretically to rent to businesses. Didn't Radiance move their HQ to Birmingham though?
Locations - Radiance Technologies
10 Offices (including Shreveport & Ruston). Looks like HQ is Huntsville, AL.
I know some students are able to get jobs working at some of the businesses who have offices there.
We need to establish a business park in Ruston so these guys can stay here once they outgrow Tech Pointe.
These buildings are full and self generating revenue. Already looking for Tech Pointe III. Bringing students in contact with the corporate world is a valuable link to have.
Be nice to spend a little money for updating Reese Hall on south campus. Or south campus as a whole. Pretty insulting whats happening around bogard and the lack of what's happening on south campus.
This thread is as good as any to pursue something I was told last night by a student wanting to transfer to Tech Business with 2 years of college under his feet.
First, let's point out I was not there, so take the post for what it's worth.
The potential Tech student met with a dean (mask-wearting) who projected an attitude that was not welcoming.
"You should alread know about that."--A procedure iin transferring. "But I'm here to find out and ask for your help" was the student's reply.
Are Tech professors that unwelcome to potential income for the University?
The student is visiting ULM next week.

Are you there at 8:00 am or 5:00 pm. That’s normal corporate operating hours for their employees.
Thru campus at various times of the day. Just never noticed traffic there. I’m glad to be wrong according to feedback here that the buildings are an asset.
