New DC and I think cornerbacks coach coming from UNI.

One of the co-OCs is heading to UTEP, I wonder if we'll hire another co-OC or let Parr be OC and just hire a position coach (WRs I guess).

I just saw all the praises for the new DC from coaches on Facebook. I remember all the praise for Cumbie got when he was named HC... So I do not know how to take coaches talking up a new hire. I hope he excels, but we will have to wait and see.

Hiring a new co-OC could be a solid move if you want to maintain a balanced offensive strategy, or you might choose to promote Parr to OC and focus on bringing in a position coach for the WRs.
