Maybe that kind of thinking makes sense for the SEC and Big Ten (although it sucks for their fans, too). But for CUSA? I don't know. Juice doesn't seem worth the squeeze, but there aren't good options. I guess it's a pick-your-poison time in college sports.
Yea. Who are these "football fans" who are tuning into weeknight games? Are they going to buy tickets? Are they going to send their kids to Tech and contribute to endowments?

The 2 that have been announced are 3:30 & 5:30 kickoffs. They could have a noon or 2pm CUSA game thrown in there. I hate 11am/noon kickoffs, but at least it would be a Saturday. Also, it would be HOT in the early season games. Only schedule them on cloudy and unseasonably cool days

Noon and 7:30 ET on the CW would make most sense to ensure no games overlapped and their "primetime" ACC games are still in the middle of the day instead of competing with Fox/CBS at noon and ESPN/ABC at night. I think the CW also plans on adding NASCAR to their schedule on Saturday so don't really have any idea how Saturday's might look on the CW. Would be great for them to add a "CW Sports" channel but who knows if that would be a national TV channel.

I like the old Pete Rozelle NFL model . . . blackout local TV viewing until the stadium attendance reaches a certain level of occupancy. (Of course that was for two timeslots on Sunday afternoon.)

Sadly I think we are too late for anything like that. As you know this TV streaming deal is all about the mega bucks we make and making it easy on the over achieving people who call all the shots.

LOL! we suck so bad we are now one of those "off week" teams for the SEC. You know, Bama will play The Citadel, UGA plays Western Carolina, etc...easy wins, and they are able to rest their starters for the next weekend, their biggest rivalry game. Arkansas has Mizzou the next weekend after us. We have reached an all-time low!

    Judy and her followers suck.

    Impossible to go to games.

    Cost to stream is excessive.

This ain't "national television"...screw the contract that pays NOTHING and play on Saturday!

Comes out to under $7 a game on Hulu.

I agree that this is not improved or served by weekday games. No one cares, it has only negative effects. And with streaming these days, we're not competing for TV spots.

$20 a game if you keep it all 3 months. My in-laws have Sling, so we watch the linear ESPN games there. I usually get a free trial for CBS games

It’s still cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings like we did back in the day for the ESPN regional games

You're right, I blanked that it was per month.

I don't mind Hulu Live or having all the games televised. I just don't think that the weekend has to be the sacrifice for it.

Venu Sports (ESPN/FOX/WBD) will come out in the fall and it projected to cost ~$50/mo. It should carry all but 4 of our games + CUSA Championship (CBS SN).

Venu Sports will include ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SECN, ACCN, ESPNEWS, ABC, Fox, FS1, FS2, BTN, TNT, TBS, truTV and ESPN+, offering viewers a variety of NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and college sports content.
Venu Sports announced as brand for ESPN, Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery joint sports streaming service - Yahoo Sports
This will not have NBC/Peacock or CBS/Paramount+ programming.

I suspect we'll not need to worry about that last one.
