Life is tough outside of the WAC

I almost want to play chump teams for OOC. I know I'm just a little upset right now, but I'm tired of being blown out.


113 - 33 margin against Clemson, penn St., and A&M. That is utterly embarassing(mispelled?)

It just goes to show you how weak the WAC is. Yeah, we can beat the SMU, Tulsa, and Rice, but hell who can't. A good JUCO team could beat them. We need to wake up and realize, we are not that good outside of the WAC. That is not negative, but realistic.

come on guys -- give it a rest -- the players are the ones on the field busting their butts -- how do you think they feel? -- in the future maybe we won't have to schedule and PLAY these teams at their home stadiums with their HOME officials

I agree it is frustrating but you have got to pay your dues - period!

No doubt it will be a slower than we like process, but in the end it will have been worth it.

The big schools are big for a reason - they built the system and they tweek it at every turn to in order to maintain their distance and advantages from the rest of the field.

We do need to schedule a little smarter and recruit the right guys to offset all that we are up against when playing on the road.

We still need our coaches to attend some good clinics. We get out coached in the second half almost every game.

Life inside the WAC may not be too rosey either. Fresno just beat Rice 31-28 with a 77 yard pass with 3 minutes to go!

Rice will be tough next week.

How many new coaches do we have on the staff this year? And how many of them are 1st year coaches? and how many are new at there position. Could this be our problem? HMMMMM?

We are going to have new coaches every year just like we have gone through the past for ever years. Tech is a good training ground for young coaches.

The offensive coordinator is not new, but he fooled the hell outta me with some of that crap he calls.
