Slow News Week

Sorry guys. I have been looking high and low for articles to post on the front page ( www.latechbbb.com ) about Louisiana Tech. The down side of an off week.

The good news is that we play SMU in 8 days.

After all the bragging I've done on the News-Star for last year they are disappointing me lately. There have been more ulm articles than I could ever want to read about the worst team in country, like 2 or 3 today and no Tech articles. I know we're off but this should be a good week to write about some players or some of the problems we are having winning.

They put out a lot of press releases every week. My email stays full with stuff from those guys.

Most newspapers use an off-week to talk about the university's other sports. That said, there was also a top-of-the-page piece on Tech's football team on Saturday.
