Boise State's motto is "Leave No Doubt" as to who is the best football team in the WAC. They are certainly leaving none at all by destroying:
    W Hawaii 58-31,
    W Tulsa 52-24,
    W Fresno State 67-21.

That's over 100 points more than their 3 WAC opponents combined- an average score of 59-25!

Boise State has 2 great QBs, WRs with blazing speed who catch everything thrown in their direction, & a lightening-fast & strong RB who is piling up massive yardage. Their defense loves to hit too!

Coach Dan Hawkins also has the Boise State players reading "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu, the popular Chinese philosopher & military strategist of about 500 B.C.

It is clear which team most wants the 2002 WAC Football Championship trophy! Second place in the WAC does not appear to even be close.

Leave no doubt indeed. I was totally impressed by the Broncos on both sides of the ball. I was also impressed by the record crowd, the largest crowd in the state of Idaho's history (30,900+).

I was impressed at seeing a beautiful stadium with everyone dressed in orange and all in a festive mood. I was envious at seeing the huge TV screen and nice scoreboards. I think about the fact that Boise was 1-AA only a short time ago and has made HUGE strides since going 1-A. I think about where Tech should be right now in our journey and where we really are.

I think about the fact that they seem to be aboard a ship with a strong rudder and helmsman and wonder if Tech's ship has a rudder. I guess the rest of the season answers that.

Dinwiddie is just an awesome quarterback. He really is to be congratulated on an outstanding performance coming off an injury while playing on national tv. Talk about stepping it up! The Boise State receivers made the Fresno DB's look silly. They got behind them at will and the throws were where ONLY the Boise Boy's could make the catch. I am truly impressed with this team. Fresno, on the other hand, should be easy to beat on ESPN2 in December. Beating Boise State, however, is going to require some superb play on our kids part. Let's go kicksome horse butt today and worry about the rest later. Good luck Bulldogs. Beat the Mustangs.
