We're still 8th place of 9 in conference and facing a possible "play in" type game in the CUSA tournament plus a 20 loss season. Finishing 4-1 (with HOME wins over #6 UTEP, #5 NMSU, #4 WKU plus on the road at #9 ,SHSU) in remaining conference games avoids both.. 3-2 finish might leave us tied for 8 with Jacksonville who weve beaten twice and we'd avoud playing in but not avoid 20 losses.Wonderful young ladies and students athletes on this year's team, good enough to get this done: hope we can finish strong. Good job Techsters! Hit 20 of 24 from the FT line for 83%, that's good. For the most part scored on layups and chippy shots too. Missed a couple of layups, but it didn't hurt.

Last time tonight to see a quality group of seniors who I'll forever be proud to have represent Louisiana Tech University; a win tonight creates a five team logjam tied for fourth thru eighth in CUSA including us; enhances avoiding the tournament play-in game and 20 losses; gets a win over WKU who we struggle with. Lots to play for!

I watched some of all three. It has been a great day to be a Tech fan. The SB game was postponed - otherwise, Tech may have had wins with four different teams today.
