    This is a very difficult time for those of us who love Louisiana Tech and our athletic programs. I won't try to defend what has occurred and happened and I won't try to give any pep talk to cheer anyone up.

    I am going to ask a favor from all of you.

    Please think HARD about what you are posting BEFORE you submit it. REMEMBER, you are representative of Louisiana Tech University. What is posted here reflects not only on yourself but also on our school. Ask yourself if what you are writing meets the standards of a Tech Alumni.

    I'm encouraged by SOME of the posts I've read here. Others I expected. Some others, embarrass me as much as what I've seen on the field in recent weeks, if not more.

    Much of what I've read here belongs in the Dawg Pit, not this board. PLEASE use that board if you're going to trash someone or vent in such a negative way.

    I couldn't agree more. That's why I just didn't get on the board after the game yesterday. We all need a cooling down period.
