    I have a friend who was working the chains at the game on tghe Tech side. Talked to him today and he daid the receiver did step out of bounds, but the ref didn't see it. The little sideline dude did.

    Yes, he is allowed to come back in but he can not be the first to tough the ball upon re-entering the field of play.
