Whatever... WBB sucks and has since the 80s.

We'll have more tomorrow night at the baseball game than attend a half dozen WBB games combined. Been that way for 10 years or more. Of course you don't attend games so you don't have a clue.

You are probably excited that Kaitland Clark has been crowned the all time scoring leader of "basketball".

I got to know Pistol Pete when he played for the New Orleans Jazz and would come to the YMCA and shoot hoops. Played him one-on-one, and I lost 10-3 (counting by ones), he could have won 10-0 if he wanted to. He would also play some full court pick-up games with us too. He found Christ late in his life which is really good.

As for Clark, or any woman basketball player, I am not threatened by them or their accomplishments. REAL MEN protect women, love and nurture women...perhaps some folks should look in the mirror and examine their own petty issues, eh.

The Golden Flashes might recover some once they hit their conference slate. I imagine they play on the road a lot early. That one may not end up so bad after a while.

Neither Northern Colorado nor Kent State has played a home game yet (and NCU won't for better than another week).

And NCU was pretty bad last season, too. But Kent might turn things around (at least in the overall record department).

FWIW-A credible friend who has a friend who's an assistant coach at Creighton was blown away by Tech handing them their only loss of the season up to that point.

Clark is a phenom in the women’s game. However. There should be an asterisk by her name in the record books. With a 3pt line, no one would ever surpass The Pistols 3 year total.

Maravich played 3 years of varsity. Freshmen were not allowed to play varsity back then.
