Just now got finished reading about the new Fort Worth Bowl that is going to be played on Dec. 23 and will match a C-USA Vs Big 12. The Bowl will be played in Carter stadium on TCU's campus. How many bowls does that make? Soon every team will be able to go to a bowl (maybe even ulm )

This news has been out for over a month.
Just like in 2002, there will be 28 bowl games in 2003. The game in Fort Worth replaces the Seattle Bowl that was not recertified by the NCAA.
Just as well since the ACC used the Seattle Bowl to steal an extra bowl bid last year. Wake Forest did not have the winning record necessary at 6-6 to qualify for a bid since the ACC had six eligible winning teams other than the Deacons to fill its six bids. But by improperly assigning the ACC's Seattle bid (swapped from the Silicon Valley Classic) to Wake Forest, that left Georgia Tech to be Fresno State's victim in the SVFC.
