I got an email this morning saying that I had until April 25 to reserve and pay for my seats. 8 days out? Really? This invoice could have and should have been sent weeks, if not months ago. Do we have ANY business people working in the athletic department? $200 per seat. Anybody remember what we charged last time?

So basically Tech charging the Tech season ticket holders $200 per ticket and then when those aren’t picked up by the current ticket holders they’re going on sale to the opponents of Tech for less. How do Tech people come to such stupid, inconsiderate and disrespectful decisions? I was going to pony up my payment even though I was thinking $X for 2 Tech games seems too expensive but now I’m reconsidering based on the math that I’ll save money not going and Tech will make less when I don’t go. Thanks SD. They went up $25/ticket which is not surprising. What is surprising is that I just got an invoice today and only have 8 days to pay it.
I totally misunderstood this. My bad!!! I guess it just goes to show how Tech has got us primed for all things bad.

At this point in the season it’s anyone’s guess how the teams will finish the season and be positioned to meet up in the tournament and then without any seeding numbers to go with the set times it’s even more impossible to make a wild guess if and when Tech might play. I suppose it’s easily possible for Tech to play at 9:00 a.m the first two days and be eliminated with a season ticket holder working man or woman never getting to see a single game. Based on the deadline commitment date we’re up against I guess the only thing to do is make your tournament ticket package decision wether to buy or not to buy is on what Tech does this weekend at Dallas Baptist. If we get swept or lose the series, I’m out. If we sweep or win the series, I’m in. Either way this sure seems like a shitty timeline way to treat the fans.
Nothing new here. We discussed it last night and decided not to give them our $400.
The football tailgate issue will be discussed tonight at Tech. I plan on using the above as another example of the way fans have been treated since McClelland.
Are there plans to provide temporary seating, like portable bleachers, to increase the capacity? Just asking, as it seems to make sense, monetary sense$$$, to try to increase attendance. Oh, and make sure the concession stand has sufficient inventory too!

There was no need for additional seating last time. The regional also had plenty of seating.

Knowing their “system” they are going alphabetically. Talked to someone else this morning who was an S. They had not gotten theirs either.
