Erica suffered big elbow blow in last minute which knocked her out for about a minute. Apparently OK but taken to UT Med Center. Both teams just held ball after that until time ran out.

Great sportsmanship by both teams after they carried ARay out.

Upsetting loss, but we have plenty of time to get our skills together. Luckily, not everyone we play is that big AND skilled.

We were tough, but it is hard to win in TB Arena.

Just got back in from the game - The jinx still lives(They have never beaten UT in Knoxville when I go and they also lost at Michaigan when I went) - After about midway through the first half they couldn't hit the side of a barn and many of the shots weren't too tough. Frierson missed some J's that last year would hit nothing but net - and she know it too from here reactions. She's limping though when she runs, is she alright? #0 didn't shoot as much in the 2nd half after moving to the 1 when #10 took an elbow on a pick that left her dazed. She was having a sensational first half. Two more things 1)I only wished that they could play a top caliber team later in the year to check progress before that tournament. 2)From Coach Summit on the radio during the drive back "This is the best our bench has played this year" Figures.... Get well ladies. State College is a little too far to drive so there is hope for a victory.

Thanks for the report, dblackman. Our curse seems to be going cold in big games. Hopefully, it will all come together quick this year. Penn State is going to be extremely tough. If we can beat them and all the other teams that we should beat, this game will just be a blip on the screen.

After seeing what PSU did to lsu and Texas, I fear that game at their place.
