The Razorback announcer is annoucing Simoneaux's name as Simon o, it is pronounced like Simmon no. Some try to call the announcer and correct him if possible.

Second thing. As the broadcasters are announcing, they keep saying "The Taco Bell" scoreboard, and from what they say, it is beautiful. So obviously Taco Bell donated it, or either put up some $$$$ for it, Why in the hell don't we have a corporate scoreboard?

Martie- Is it that hard to get a corporate sponsor?
We could get a jumbotron that way for football.

I hate to piss on everyone's parade, but we need alo of other things before we get a damned jumbotron! Yeah, they look real nice...blah, blah, blah...but so do nice scoreboards and seats and concession stands and ticket booths and wrought iron fencing and shrubs...all of which could be added for much less than the cost of a jumbotron!

The "Taco Bell scoreboard" is a radio sponsorship plug only that apparently runs several times each Arkansas baseball broadcast when scores of other games are updated. Taco Bell may have also bought sponsorship space on Arkansas' new scoreboard as Aub can confirm for us. But Aub can probably also confirm that Taco Bell did not donate the new scoreboard.

Cartek, I believe that a jumbotron is much more important than decorative features. Of course, I am the guy who wants the colorful leaves to remain spread over the lawn in fall and prefers tall-grass prairie to a mowed lawn, except of course, when playing baseball. You can't lose a football or soccer ball in a grassy field for long, no matter how tall the grass!
Those replays are extremely important to people accustomed to televised sporting events!
