First, I'm tickled that we have an 8-point lead at halftime. Woohooo!
If we can:
1. better protect the basketball on offense (too many passes to nobody or to the opponent).
2. stay IN FRONT OF OUR DEFENSIVE ASSIGNMENT!!!! or go back to the 2-3 zone defense. Our guards have been standing & watching TX T players drive past us, leaving Carter & Frierson to either try to block (foul) or give up numerous EASY, EASY LAYUPS!
If we do 1 & 2 above, this game turns into a 20-point win for the Lady Techsters.
Now your thoughts on the 1st half.

Should be ahead by more than 8 due to a couple of sloppy plays at the end of the half.
But Frierson should be rested--great move to keep her on the bench after she got her 2nd. Erica is carrying the scoring load again, but at least there is better scoring balance from the rest of the team that was lacking at times Saturday.

I agree with your comments. I see us playing even better in the second half. I hope Frierson will get a ton of playing time and be pumped after sitting on the bench for most of the first.
