We used to hear this kind of talk every week about teams stopping Tim Rattay. Even on his worst days, he threw for 300 yards, such as the tough loss in the monsoon at A&M or the four-int day at Auburn. Heck, for weeks after the Toolame game, greenie-weenie fans were still boasting they had stopped Rattay....hmmm, I suppose they consider 480 yds and 3 TDs as "stopping" him.

If some miracle occurs and utep manages a "W" it won't be because they stopped GITMO. I suppose it's possible we'll see a typical WAC shoot-out, like 49-45, or something, but Moats will get his 200+ and 4 TDs, and for weeks uteppers will claim they "stopped" Moats.

Moats getting his yards and TDs is the least of my worries.

In case you missed it, Ryan was not in the game alot today. He appeared to re-injure his ankle early in the game. Props to your guys for stopping him but don't think you got him at 100%.

Dont want to take anything away from UTEP, but 5+ yards a carry is not "stopping" Moats.

We hardly played him.
