I'd say yes within a 100-mile radius of Shreveport. But trying to impose restrictions like that would make carrying Tech games less attractive for Cox Sports.

Blacking out Cox Sports still wouldn't stop anyone subscribing to ESPN GamePlan from watching it though.

GamePlan isn't blacked out anywhere unless the game is being televised over-the-air or on pay-per-view in the blackout area.

There won't be anywhere near 50,000 people at the Tulsa gamea and Independence stadium is going to look like a ghost town. We certainly don't want people across the country seeing that and further damage the image of poor attendace by La.Tech. That is one of the main reasons C-USA shunned us.
