Why not? Is there some reason not to? Some rule? As I've said before on here, I live in the area, attended LA Tech for a while, and hope Tech does well. My degree is from LSU and I am a season ticketholder there. But I keep up with other programs as well.Originally Posted by faninmonroe
Hey you all should move this conversation to the Dawg Pit where an appropriate thread already exists for this gibberish. Why did you name yourself afer a can of roach spray?Originally Posted by The Big Bengal

Well, I reviewed your quotes and they check out okay. It's just the tone of this thread is rapidly deteriorating toward flaming...Originally Posted by The Big Bengal
Oh...I see...when there was something negative to say about LSU it was appropriate for the main board...but when that is corrected, the thread gets moved to the flame pit. haha. Nice.
I meant that at first glance I got your and another LSU poster's comments mixed up. This thread should have been in the flame pit from the git go.Originally Posted by The Big Bengal
How to win friends and influence people. Is there any question that this kid needs to learn when to talk and when to keep his mouth shut. Big Bengal, you have to admit those are some brash statements that won't win him any favors.
LSU signee Perrilloux responds to challenge with plenty of confidence

...Perrilloux said LSU offensive players, during his official visit, made it clear to him he'll be welcomed into the race for the job of starting quarterback, despite the head start of sophomores JaMarcus Russell and Matt Flynn.
"They want me there," he said of his future teammates. "They kind of lost a lot of -- not faith, or trust … or not confidence in JaMarcus Russell and Matt Flynn, but they just said they weren't consistent. Sometimes they'd look like gold, and sometimes they wouldn't.
"They definitely want me to come in and see if I can be that person that looks like gold all the time and get them the ball, because the receivers are kind of frustrated because they had to cut the offense in half just so JaMarcus and Matt could play." ...
Could it be that LSU players help out the recruiting effort by telling him that? Seems like sugar coating to me. Simple recruiting practice, make the recruit feel wanted.
