Basically, it's a series of Reebok commercials featuring linebacker Terry Tate. He is hired to improve company production by "correcting" office infractions. They're hilarious. I recommend watching them in the following order:

Terry's World, Sesitivity Training (my personal favorite), Draft Day, Mind Games, Streaker, Vacation, and Office Athlete of the Century. They will make more sense if do this.

If you want to keep them, make sure you save them to your computer because these sites go away after a while.
