My good friend assistant coach Carlin Hartman position should be filled soon by head coach Robert Lee's close friend and Louisiana Tech assistant Johnny Simmons... If coach Simmons doesn't accept look for the job to be offer to former Cajun basketball player Byron Starks.
Lee tried to get Simmons to join the Cajuns when he first got the job last year -

He plays behind several juniors on his AAU team...

Here we go again. It is so STUPID to blow off a junior to be, even if you consider him borderline. He could grow 6 inches in the next year for all we know.

A couple of guys named David Robinson and Michael Jordan were not "good enough" to make their High School teams during their fresh. or soph. seasons. They turned out alright.
I swear, if Keith Retard is telling people this crap (little Millsap isnt good enough for us, with TWO years left in HS) Id like to buy him a one way ticket to Guantanamo bay. He is terrorising our program!!

Alta - Elijah is a senior. He is five months away from the fall signing period. He plays behind several younger kids. Paul was dominating the AAU circuit at this point in his career.
If his name was Elijah Smith would you care?

Johnny is gone... As far as Elijah goes, I saw him play in an AAU tournament two weeks ago and he isnt even close to being in Paul's league. I wouldnt however give up on him just yet as I did seem some flashes.
Well, he would fit in well at Tech because nobody else on the team is close to being in Paul's league either. All joking aside, I agree with you...it's too early to write the kid off...especially if we're doing it because he can't hold his brother's jock...not many folks can.
